Often confused with stretch film, shrink wrapping consists of a wide variety of sealers including one-step, L-bar, I-bar and heat based shrink tunnels, shrink hoods and heat guns. Common plastics used to produce heat shrink wrap are polyolefin and PVC available in both centerfold shrink film and shrink bags. Shrink wrapping is used for everything from wrapping frozen pizzas to bundling hardware. The proper shrink film, material thicknesses and equipment can help make production more efficient and streamlined. This section of our web site features shrink wrap machines and shrink systems. We have everything from small, inexpensive, hand operated shrink systems to very large, high speed systems. We have systems designed for using inexpensive shrink bags up to fully automatic shrink film systems. Small manual systems has simple I-Bar and L-Bar sealers. Larger production wrappers include everything from one step wrappers that have a L-Bar with a built in shrink tunnel to fully automatic wrappers that need to be mached up with a shrink tunnel. The simplist system would be one of our hand sealers, combined with a film roller and a heat gun. Shrink tunnels include several different size shink tunnels and even hot water dip tanks for vacuum shrink bags.
