W-Series Twin Elements Foot Sealers are ideal for high volume poly bag and other thermoplastic sealing. These sealers are capable of 15-20 seals per minute and allow the user to keep both hands free for quick and accurate sealing. WN-BT-series foot sealers are ivory in color and available in 12", 18", and 24". 12" and 24" models are special order units.

The sealer is equipped with two heating elements: 2.7mm and 0.8mm (round wire for cut and seal) which are 5/8" apart. Two separate plug-in timers control the sealing times needed for different materials. Once the timer is set, the unit will give a consistently flat seal. When the seal is done, the light will turn off. Operator can choose to seal using one or both elements.

Bag sealing using two elements
Set the timer, insert the bag between the sealing jaws and press down on the foot pedal. Release the pedal when the light on the timer goes off. For the best quality seal, hold down the foot board for an additional 2-3 seconds after the timer light goes off to set the seal.
