The marinades on this page are designed to work with any of our tumblers but especially our small table top units such as the Flavor Maker F-8, F-15 and F-25 which are ideal for home meat processors, meat shops, restaurants, labs, etc. You can also use these marinades for soak marinating. Each marinade jar has directions for tumbling printed on it. To use mix the marinade with water and then placed with the proper amount of meat in your tumbler. After drawing a vacuum (18" to 22" Hg. is usually sufficient) let the tumbler run for 20 to 30 minutes. All the liquid should have been drawn into the meat, creating a juicy, tasty cut of meat ready to be cooked. These marinades can be used with a tumbler and any type of meat you desire.
