Once the food item is vacuum sealed, dip into water at 176_F for four seconds and watch the bag conform to the exact shape of the sealed item. We now have two different vacuum shrink bags. The SBCS bags are 2.4 mil material, the MSB bags are 2.8 mil. Both contain no BPA, are HACCP compliant and assembled using FDA approved materials. May also be shrunk in a shrink tunnel, maximum temperature is 239_F (115_C). We offer only the SBCS bags in less than case quantities (100 pack). Great for cheese and poultry!
