TEW Imprinter (RS-8) is used to print expiration dates, manufacturers' codes, lot numbers, and other information on poly bags, poly cases, paper bags, aluminum and other materials. This imprinter is easy to use and provides a clearly printed stamp on your material. The unit is equipped with an adjustable thermostat to control the printing temperature. The print dries as soon as it is printed. The type is easy to change.
This hot stamp coder can be mounted unto any foot operated sealer (TISF / THS Series). Imprinting coincides with he lower of the upper jaw. Sealing and printing is done in one single operation. The unit is capable of 1-2 lines of print and each character can hold 9 characters of type. Working temperature is 480_F-570_F (250_C-300_C).
**Please note: This mountable imprinter will ONLY work with THS and TISF series sealers. User must take the imprinter and foot sealer to machine shop and drill holes/notches in the appropriate location.**

Additional alphabet types (A-Z), individual letters, number typesets (0-9) and ribbons are available for purchase. Letters and numbers are 3mm in height and 2mm in width. Ribbon colors are available in black, red, blue, white, gold, and gray.
