PRATIKA 56 MPE is an all electric (no compressed air required), fully automatic, high speed L-bar sealer without a shrink tunnel with a 9.45" maximum product height. Easy to operate, only two adjustments are needed to change package size (length is set automatically!) It features adjustable belt speed; programmable function to pack single packages or products in groups; four photo cell for horizontal and vertical package detection; film waste winding device with safety micro switch and audible signal; PLC raises seal area for packages higher than 4"; sealing bars equipped with PTFE non stick-coated blades; 10 selectable programs on digital panel; panel displays five languages; sealing bar height is adjustable; power feed of film; electronic counters. The manufacturer states the maximum output is up to 50 pcs/min (the maximum output is related to the product, the film and the operator ability). Combined with the Tunnel 50 Twin or Tunnel 50-SS, the Pratika 56 Systems are equipped with innovative features and design. Compared to other systems, they not only are superior but also are priced competitively. With use of Polyolefin or PVC film, these machines can wrap up to 50 items per minute. The motorized belt with adjustable speed and belt height ensures the perfect feed of product and maximizes output. The touch screen with intuitive controls allows one to adjust and customize unlimited sealing programs, belt height and speed, and maximize operator productivity. Easy access to all parts of the machine and automated system checks make them most reliable.
