MODULAR 50 Semi-Automatic L-bar Sealer
The Minipack Semi-Automatic L-Bar Systems are designed for perfect shrink wrap sealing in medium and mass-production environments. Productivity is increased by different modes of seal arm activation and conveyor belt adjustments. Improved workplace safety is guaranteed by the film waste winder that collects any remains of shrink film. Add a shrink tunnel from the TUNNEL-50 line to complete your shrink wrap line. Equipped with a PTFE coated sealing blade, the seal blade holds up four times longer than conventional seal wire. The impulse heating system is combined with liquid cooling to create a strong seal. With use of Polyolefin or PVC film, these machines can wrap up to 16 items per minute. The motorized belt with adjustable speed and belt height ensures the perfect feed of product and maximizes output. With intuitive controls, this system can be used in different modes. Activation of seal arm can be triggered via timer, button, or optional foot pedal. 6 customizable programs and 2 different conveyor belt modes help to increase operator productivity and guarantee reliable results.
