The standard way to package cheese and dairy products is to vacuum seal it in a shrink pouch, and then to dip it in either a dip tank of hot water or a tank with an immersion circulator to shrink the edges of the pouch. This process will give you a clean looking - smooth edged package that will both display your product in an attractive way, and protect it with a longer shelf life.
