As the impact of COVID-19 continues to impact our communities, we hope that you and your family have remained safe and healthy.
We wanted to provide an update to our customers.
- We continue to be closed to all visitors. Will Calls, repairs and equipment demonstrations are not available until further notice.
- Our online store at www.dougcareequipment.com is available 24/7
- Please note that we will continue to have some order processing delays due to implementation of social distancing at our warehouse
- We ship primarily via UPS/FedEx/USPS. Please note that all three are reporting increased demand in the midst of this pandemic. FedEx and UPS have suspended all service guarantees for all shipments. Please note that shipments may take longer than normal to reach your destination
- To keep our employees safe, and due to the increased supply and demand of equipment, we will not be accepting merchandise returns until further notice.
Please note that this is an ever changing situation so our policies are subject to change. We will try and keep our customers and partners informed as best we can.
