The AV series of retractable vacuum machines can be custom ordered with a variety of options. We list below those options and a short description of what the options are.

Stainless Steel Upgrade: Stainless steel construction instead of powder coat steel.
Vacuum-Gas Options: AVN units come standard putting gas in the bag and then vacuuming. You can change that to vacuuming and then gas, or even add a switch so you can change the order.
Additional Vac or Gas Cycle: Normal operation is GAS-VACUUM which can be factory changed at order to VACUUM-GAS (or order machine with switch to change order from panel.) This option can make your machine VACUUM-GAS-VACUUM or GAS-VACUUM-GAS to further lower the oxygen or moisture level. Any timer that is set to 0 is skipped.
Upper and Lower Heating Elements: Adds additional heating element on top side of seal bar. For tough to seal items such as gussetted pouches and thick materials. Great for gussetted coffee bags!
Dual Nozzles with Dual Vacuum Pumps: Goes from one nozzle to two PLUS adds a second vacuum pump for quicker vacuuming of larger bags. Not recommended for doing two smaller bags. Requires 12 CFM air source.
Vacuum Filter: Add when vacuuming any product that may be pulled into vacuum pump (dusty, grainy, liquid, etc.).
Vacuum Regulator: Lets operator regulate the vacuum level that is achieved if you have a fragile, soft or sharp product that need less than full vacuum. Once set, the machine will not go over that pressure.
Coalescing Air Filter with Auto Drain: For incoming air line, removes moisture and keeps the vacuum sealer cleaner inside.
220 Volt, 50-60 Hz Power Conversion: Standard is 120 volt, 60 Hz. This option works with many European voltages. Plug is not included.
Digital Temperature Control: Precise temperature control for hard to seal material such as nylon or for applications that require strict record keeping such as pharmaceutical and medical.
Ported Exhaust: Directs exhaust air from inside of machine to a rear fitting that you can plumb and re-direct all the air above to another room. Great for clean rooms!
Low-Pressure Bar Close: Brings sealing bar down slower and stops it easier if an object gets in the way.
Work Tray: A 20" x 12" tray that helps support your product.
Multi-Position Stand: A stand that supports your AVS or AVN machine. Great for vacuuming and gas flushing bags that have already been placed in a box
