The AIE FUA Series is a collection of Semi-Automatic Heavy Duty Tabletop Upper Jaw Impulse Sealers.
The AIE FUA Series has the sealing element on the upper jaw and the silicon rubber on the lower jaw. This helps to protect the element from moisture and contamination.
These Semi Automatic models are designed for the repeated sealing of thermoplastic films such as polyethylene and polypropylene. They are controlled by a plug-in transistorized circuit board and electronic timers. A timer controlled electromagnet pulls the sealing arm down, providing an even pressured seal and eliminating operator error. Once the correct control settings have been programmed, consistent seals are maintained automatically, making the first seal as perfect as the last.
Every AIE FUA Series Sealer includes an electric foot pedal for manual operation.
The AIE FUA Series models comes in 2mm, 5mm, and 10mm seal widths, and lengths from 12 , 18 , and 24 .
